Below is the current roster of the OhioCollegeFootball.Com North Team. Additional players will be added as we fill the 45-man roster.
The OhioCollegeFootball.Com Senior Bowl will be played on Saturday, April 17 in Columbus, Ohio at Marv Moorehead Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and will be televised on Sports Time Ohio (STO).
Columbus, Ohio – OhioCollegeFootball.Com is proud to announce that Case Western’s Dan Whalen and Mount Union’s Kurt Rocco have all accepted invitations to participate in the Inaugural OhioCollegeFootball.Com Senior Bowl. Kickoff for the event is scheduled for 1 p.m. (EST) in Columbus’ Marv Moorehead Stadium and will be televised on Sports Time Ohio (STO).
Whalen, from Willoughby, Ohio, was a four-year starter for the Spartans. The two-time Gagliardi Trophy (Div. III Player of the Year) finalist and three time University Athletic Association (UAA) Offensive Player of the Year led the Spartans to 31 consecutive regular season wins, three straight perfect seasons [10-0, 3-0 UAA], three straight UAA titles and three straight NCAA postseasons over the past four years.
Whalen (pictured above), who started 41 collegiate games, ended his career as the Spartans’ all-time leading passer (742-of-1,209; 9,720 yards; 87 passing TDs; 21 running TDs). He finished the 2009 season 247-for-361 for 3,340 yards and 34 touchdowns. Whalen, a 2009 AFCA All-American, also ran the ball 68 times for 199 yards and six touchdowns. Rocco, a Cincinnati, Ohio native, led the Purple Raiders to a 14-1 record, an OAC Championship and a runner-up finished in the 2009 NCAA III Stagg Bowl Championship. Rocco, who started every game in 2009, finished the season completing 236 passes for 3,929 yards and 42 touchdowns. Columbus, Ohio – 2009 American Idol contestant Brent Keith, along with his hit single ‘Looking for a Road’ from the movie Dale, will perform prior to the start of the first-ever 2010 OhioCollegeFootball.Com Bowl which will be played on Saturday, April 17 in Columbus, Ohio.
Brent Keith’s BioBrent Keith, a native of Blanchester, Ohio, first gained national attention on the Nashville Star TV talent competition before being selected in 2007 to sing the title track for Dale, a feature film about the late NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Sr. Drawing from country, rock and soul influences as diverse as Vince Gill, Tim McGraw, the Black Crowes and Otis Redding, Keith developed his sound through constant live performances with his band while touring throughout the North and Southeast since 2001. The roadwork helped him land a spot on the second season of Nashville Star, where he finished sixth out of more than 10,000 contestants. In late 2005, Keith signed with Nashville's Combustion Music and began working with songwriter-producer Chris Farren, whose production credits include Deana Carter's "Strawberry Wine" and "We Danced Anyway." One of their early collaborations, "Looking for a Road," was chosen as the closing title track for Dale, a feature film produced by of CMT Films and NASCAR Images. A music video for "Looking for a Road (Theme From Dale)" was filmed in Nashville in July with director Shaun Silva, whose resume includes more than a dozen music videos for Kenny Chesney and other videos by Rascal Flatts, Sugarland and many others. In 2009, Brent finished in the Top 36 on the hit show American Idol.

Columbus, Ohio – Offensive fireworks are sure to hit the field on April 17 as OhioCollegeFootball.Com is proud to announce that Miami’s Daniel Raudabaugh and Wittenberg’s Aaron Huffman have all accepted invitations to participate in the Inaugural OhioCollegeFootball.Com Senior Bowl - South Team. Kickoff for the event is scheduled for 1 p.m. (EST) in Columbus’ Marv Moorehead Stadium and will be televised on Sports Time Ohio (STO).
Raudabaugh, from Coppell, Texas, was a four-year letterwinner for the Redhawks. As a three-year starter, Raudabaugh passed for a career high 5,352 yards and 24 touchdowns. In 2009, the 6-foot-4, 225 lbs right hander, had a game high 288 yards passing against Mid-American Conference foe Western Michigan.
Huffman (Pictured Above), a Newark native, led Wittenberg to a 12-1 record, a NCAC Championship and a berth in the NCAA III Playoffs. In 2009, he threw for a career high 2,737 yards and 28 touchdowns to earn Second Team All-NCAC honors.
