Tiffin University: seeks a Defensive Graduate Assistant for the Football program. Responsibilities include working on the Defensive side of the ball, communication to and from the Football staff and the Administration of the University and NCAA. The Coach is a contact for all recruits in his area, and is involved with the implementation of all Football programs duties as directed by the Defensive Coordinator or Head Coach, including (but not limited to) recruiting and retention of student athletes, practice and game preparation, fund-raising, community service, opponent breakdowns, and inputting video, and strict adherence to NCAA, and University rules. Candidates must be accepted into a Graduate Program at Tiffin University. A background on the Defensive Line is preferred. Proficiency in office computer programs required. Candidate must also have strong communication, and interpersonal skills; a record of integrity and leadership; a willingness; to advance the goals of the Tiffin University Department of Athletics, including fund raising and a commitment to the academic success and graduation of student-athletes. Knowledge or recruiting background of Ohio, or the surrounding area is preferred.
