According to ESPN.com Mardy Gilyard walked out of Brian Kelly's team meeting once he announced he was leaving. Not sure how you can leave a team who you just coach to a 12-0 record and a BCS game. Brian Kelly just showed the world he has no class. Dream job or not!

I don't like kelly, I never have. Anyone who remembers his days at cmu knows what an arrogant A## he is. That is the reason Michicgan wouldn't have a look at him.That being said I didn't notice anyone at cincinnati complaining about him running out on cmu to take the bearcat job. I also don't think they will complain when they hire the current cmu coach before his team plays their bowl game either. Why is okay to steal a mac coach but not a big east coach? It is exactly the same thing and cincinnati cries everytime they lose a coach this way and then wil go right out and do the same thing they are complaining about.Cincinnati complain when you have real standards yourself, and that includes the players who would leave in a heartbeat for the nfl.

butch jones will be named today as coach of cincinnati. Waiting for all the concern about the players at cmu and what a bum jones is. Will bill cunningham(cincinnati) and the afternoon crew at the fan here in columbus talk the same talk today? With cunningham somehow I doubt it as he is the most two faced host on the radio. If you are going to be consistant then you have to dump on jones and cincinnati as well.

I actually think this is a better hire than Brian Kelly. Atleast Jones has a personality. You watch. Kelly will win at Notre Dame then bolt for the NFL in a couple of years. Heard it here first.
