Ashland WR and 8-time All-American sprinter Joe Horn has been notified he is on the watch list for the 2011 Texas Vs The Nation game held in El Paso, Texas on Feb 5. Since 2009, 95% of players at the TVTN game have been drafted or signed free-agent NFL contracts.

Horn has caught 121 passes for 1803 yards and 16 TDs going into his senior season at Ashland. He is currently 4th all time at AU in career receptions and holds the record for the longest reception for a TD at 96 yards. He also held the single game kick-return record. He has been named to the GLIAC's second team offense as a sophomore and junior.

Consensus Draft Services has listed him at WR for the 2nd Team Offense on their D-2 Pre-Season All-American list.
