Well I will try this again, I hit the wrong button before. I don't know what it can be attributed too, was bw that good or was wooster that bad. Either way bw looked pretty good for most of the game against a outmaned scott team who was using a freshman qb. bw scored on a bomb on the first play from scrimmage and pretty much did what they wanted till late in the first half. Give credit to wooster they fought hard scored the next two touchdowns and recovered a onside kick that had the bw folks a little worried until the jackets reaserted themselves and controlled the final quarter again. Could be a long year for the scots but the new qb is exciting and when he finanally gets the experience watch out. He had to run for his life a lot last night, wittenberg and walsh will probably do the same to him. Once again bw looked good, yes there were the usual first game mistakes but overall a very good game by the jackets. If they are truly the seventh place team in the oac this year then the oac is very strong indeed. Watch out onu, cap, and otterbein, you better be ready. Replay of game will be on sto today at 530, I am going to catch it. Oh by the way loved the experience at bw. Folks there are very nice and it is one of the finest d3 stadiums I have been too. Nice crowd also with close to 5000 there. But then wooster always does support their teams well as well as the large crowd for bw.

BW's qb looked pretty good. Must admitt though the secondary for wooster was suspect at best. Still he made some really nice passes, the first as I mentioned before was a perfectly thrown bomb on the first play. He only had one picked off which wasn't a good choice but overall a very good game. One of his touchdown passes came on a pass in the flat that the db tried to make a interception, missed and left the receiver with no one between him and the endzone. He didn't have much pressure from the scots also so that also helped. BW running game looked good, with the line really showing well. Should be some really good games in the oac this year. Will be interesting to see how both bw and the qb plays against better competition. I believe cap is the next game, not sure on that one without looking, that should tell us a lot right there.

P.S. sometimes early in the football season it is difficult keeping attention on the game with all the sites that go with college football. BW certainly didn't dissapoint in that regard.
