Our sources are telling us that Findlay interviewed five candidates and could make their announcement as early as tomorrow. Rumors are that Toledo DC Mike Ward interviewed for the job as well as an Ohio DIII head coach. |

Thanks for the info, Findlay's always very tight-lipped about things like this. Good to know we might find out something soon.
I would think the D3 coach might be the one at ONU, but I don't know that for sure. That would make the possible 5 inteviews as Tom Amstutz, Doug Downing, Mike Ward, D3 coach and POSSIBLY Cliff Hite, although I'm still doubting that one.
Of those 5 I would have to go with Mike Ward with his Findlay experience or the D3 coach with his head coaching experience. Don't know but fun to speculate. |

Hite may not get the position, but he did interview. They have a great list of candidates. |

Does that mean he was not the D3 coach that interviewed, or that he interviewed and decided against leaving ONU?

We are being told that New Hampshire defensive backs coach Rob Keys will be named the head coach at the University of Findlay on Thursday. |
