Tonight the greatest championship run and the greatest examample of dominace came to an end. I know this is a football forum but a shout out must be given to Denison Unieversity tonight. They defeated Kenyon College in the D3 mens swimming and diving championship ending the lords 31 year streak of winning the national championship. No one has ever had the success the mighty lords have over the last 3+ decades, a true achievement that should be recognised as the greatest. Tonight though in a incredibly exciting final the big red came out on top. The saying every point counts certainly came true tonight as that was the final margin of victory on this history making night for Denison. The Big Red had to finish no worse then third in the final event the 400 relay and that is just what they did as kenyon won the race. I was at Denison today for lacrosse and baseball and many people were talking about the chance of a upsep. I can assure you there were will be celebrating in Granville tonight. Congratulations Denison, a worthy champion indeed. Lets hope this gets at least a mention on espn.
