Talk about a strange game. Too entireley different halfs to say the least. Capital killing wilmington in the first half and wilmington getting much the better in the second. Cap couldn't do anything wrong in the first half. Then in the second half Wilmington finally found out if they threw jump balls to their wide receivers cap would have a hard time covering them. If they played again I don't know who would win, probably cap but wilmington showed a lot of heart and promise in the second half. Special teams for both were bad, lots of missed exstra points. The worst play though was Cap failing to cover a kickoff. This wasn't an onsides kick but a kick to the 20. I never thought I would see a mental mistake like that in a d3 game. Punitng of both teams wasns't good either, especially by wilmington. Cap has to play much better when they play bw next week, and then ONU the following.
