Too bad for toledo, if ever a team was hurt by a ref's call this was it. I have a feeling Temple is in for a very rough go this weekdend and the rockets will be taking it out on them. Certainly if Temple follows form they will get beat by the rockets this week. Go Toledo. |

I just watched replay again of missed exstra point in Toledo game. How any referree could miss this is beyond me. If you watch close in slow motion you can clearly see the ball pass in front of the upright as the ball never dissapears. If it had gone through and then curved left it would have dissapeared for a split second behind the upright. I won't say the game was fixed, who knows what would have happened if correct call was made but those refs should never work again in a college football game. |

Just saw the vid again this morning. Antother way to tell the exstra point is no good is the reaction from at least orange player. Too bad for Toledo, that is two games against teams from automatic qualifier conferences that they have been robbed in. OSU and Syracuse. Only game that should be a loss on that schedule is Boise State. As of right now I think they should be rated #1 in Ohio. |
